SWEHSC Volunteer Training

All volunteers must complete a SWEHSC volunteer orientation. This can be scheduled on an invidivdual basis or as part of a small group. A volunteer handbook is available online and can be printed out for reference.

Share your love of science by becoming a member of the Southwest Environmental Health Science Center Volunteer Corps (SWEHSC Volunteer Corps). SWEHSC is a collaborative and interdisciplinary research center, which investigates the health effects of environmental agents. The outreach team works to promote environmental health science literacy by serving as a non-biased source of scientific information to the public, providing environmental health educational resources to schools and to the community, and supporting connections between SWEHSC investigators and the community.
